Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults one tablet daily or as directed by a health professional. Chew tablet and allow to dissolve in mouth then swallow. Do not swallow whole.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place.
